Lesson #2 Give and you shall recieve.

This is pretty much a universal law of generosity.

You need to give whatever you can.
If you see a homeless person in the street, maybe you can give them a dollar.
Don't feel good about that? Buy them a meal, or make them a sandwich at your home.

Can't afford to give any money? Give of your time. Volunteer at a homeless shelter, the ASAP, anywhere really! Go here to find your perfect match for volunteering.

EXERCISE:

Once per week, have a day that you call "giving day."
On this day, you will either volunteer your time, or make sure that you give out either food, cash, or even stop and make sure that you smile at people or chat with those who are sick or homeless. If you don't live in a city where there are street people in need, call a friend who you know needs your support, or a relative or family member. Giving of yourself is just as important.
